Our church, Morth Smooni JSOC Sheffield, stands proudly as part of the Malankara Syrian Orthodox Church in the UK—a diaspora community connected to the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church in Kerala, India. Our roots run deep, tracing back to the earliest days of Christianity. We are an integral part of the Universal Syrian Orthodox Church, which belongs to the venerable tradition of Oriental Orthodox churches.
